Assistant for SPDAP-PLG, primarily supporting the followng : 1) Japan Hired Expats (JHE) support and 2) processing day-to-day expense payments, 3) Other administrative duties (scheduling of meetings, adhoc tasks)JOB DESCRIPTIONTo support SPDAP-PLG team with administrative tasks, mainly Japan Hired Expat (JHE) claims and invoice payments to vendors, and any other administrative duties.Please note that this is a 5 months contract role.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. JHE Support: any education and other expenses to be submitted to HR, Tax reporting to HR regarding JHE allowances, etc.2. Processing Day-to-day expense payments: submission of invoices n a timely manner. Types of invoices corporate mobile phone bills, JHE allowance-related expenses (housing expenses, moving expenses, etc.), company car expenses, etc.3. Any other admin and/or adhoc tasks : scheduling of meetings, ordering of office items, coordinating access and equipment for new hiresJOB REQUIREMENTS
