Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: To at all times adhere to the Individual Conduct Rules and the Company Values as outlined in the . Contribute to the overall success of MBC Singapore and MBC. This will be measured by the jobholders individual revenue contribution, supporting colleagues in the management of their clients, monitoring credit and regulatory compliance, proactive support of Middle and Back Office including but not limited to, confirmations, trade recaps, collateral and settlement, ISDA and Credit Support Agreements. Overall quality of revenue and credit. Client Management / Revenue Generation Deliver a team and individual revenue from marketing Energy Derivatives to the Asian client base. Maintain and Expand the Asian client base through successful Account Management, Marketing, Due Diligence and completion of the Account Opening Process. This will be measured by the total number of active clients in the region and by the value and volume of new business introduced. Meet clients on a regular basis and send an appropriate and timely meeting report to the Regional Head of Energy, Asia as required. Share client information and market intelligence with Line Management and colleagues. Prepare and distribute reports and commentaries on Asian Energy Markets that will be used across MBC's global marketing network. Measured by, timeliness and quality of reports and feedback from clients globally. Person Specification: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience Previous trading/banking experience essential Good understanding of commodity derivatives Advanced Excel skills Excellent numeracy skills Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills
