By joining us as a Cadet Analyst, you will join a group of passionate, dynamic, and customer-focused Data & Analytics team. This role is key in ensuring the Commercial & Residential Solutions’ Data & Analytics growth and stability, by being equipped with fundamental skills in preparing analyses and data used for business decisions, maintaining database and other related functions. You will also have opportunity to collaborate with the team in streamlining existing processes and identify areas for operational improvements. • Acquire, Extract, and collect primary or secondary data for next in line data cleansing
• Optimize, define and develop data collection and data analysis methods as appropriate
• Transform and interpret data for further analysis, insights generation from data analysis using mathematical and statistical techniques
• Identify patterns and trends in data, if needed apply problem solving methodologies in addressing discrepancies and issues
• Build and develop visual representation of analyzed data using charts and graphs
• Work directly with management and data consumers to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
• To be able to learn and understand the key functional business analytics processes and systems navigation through trainings with subject matter experts
• Develop and document processes to improve and efficiently utilize current tools and resources while ensuring compliance
• Contribute to team playing, creative thinking and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives
• Perform any other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Beginner to Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office applications like MS Excel
• Ability to proactively resolve problems efficiently and reliably
• Strong process-mindset and numeracy skills
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work with a team
• Displayed Flexibility and resourcefulness
