Job Description

• Manage and run operations of payments and e-wallet business, ensuring healthy payment success rate, driving growth of digital payment method adoption and troubleshooting the day to day issues • Responsible for coming up with new initiatives, user growth campaigns and product requirements to drive the growth of digital payments adoption (acquire and retain users for digital payment methods) and related financial services business, while ensuring the end to end execution • Take measures to address regulatory concerns and ensure business operations adhere to the ever-changing requirements of the regulator • Manage internal and external stakeholders including preparing and providing periodic updates to them on the payments business • Translate local insights and trends to product features and campaigns that benefit the local users • Drive synergies with local wallet partners to grow their usage on Lazada and perform relevant post campaign analysis
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience • Good knowledge of e-commerce, FINTECH, payment systems and money transmission business • Independent and self-driven, continuous breakthroughs and innovations • Knowledge of user acquisition and lifecycle management operations is highly desirable • Strong organizational and communication skills (with both internal and external stakeholders), ability to break the boundary and execute to the last mile • Excellent command of spoken and written for both English and Mandarin as to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
