Job Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and target potential mining and Industrial customers who require large mining tires
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the mining industry market and expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to assess market trends and identify new sales opportunities
Sales and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their tire requirements, provide product information, and offer solutions
  • Present and demonstrate large mining tire products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability
  • Provide after-sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Sales Performance and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting potential sales and revenue
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, meet assigned quotas, and contribute to overall team goals
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence, to the sales manager
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and strategic sales initiatives
Business Analysis - India
  • Assist Indian Liaison Manager to achieve his goals
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors in India
  • Develop strategic sales plans to be executed by the Indian team to achieve
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Has a proven track record of successful sales experience in the tire industry, with a focus on large mining and Industrial tires
  • Has a solid understanding of the mining industry, its operations, and tire requirements
  • Has familiarity with various tire technologies, industry standards, and market trends
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and articulate product features and benefits effectively
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a tea
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools
