The Company

Our client, an established company in the oil & gas industry, is looking to hire an Accounts Executive (AP) on a 1-year contract basis to join their finance team as the company is expanding.

The Role

You will be supporting the AP team in handling the full spectrum of AP duties, which include uploading of invoices into AP system, performing transactions in accounting system, maintaining SOA reconciliation monthly, maintaining relationship with vendors and ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned.

Your Profile

You should have a Diploma in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have good communication skills and meticulous in work.
