Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the IT industry. They are looking for a APAC Accounts Director to assist their Accounts/Sales team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in East - easily accessible. This APAC Accounts Director would be responsible for : Responsible in establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assignedcustomer accounts. Responsible in coordinating the involvement of personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. Responsible in meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Responsible in establishing strong engagement with the procurement teams of the assigned accounts and ensure the run rate business is executed through the local teams effectively, conversion ratios of quotations to sales orders, import and export compliance etc. Responsible in being proactive to contribute to a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Responsible to continue strive to assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Responsible in leading and managing project and solution-based opportunities that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel. Responsible in working closely with the global account management team in understanding strategic alignments and identifying potential opportunities. Responsible in fulfiling the reporting requirements for the assigned accounts and internal requirements.Requirements: Minimum degree in business/ logistic/ IT or relevant studies Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in a business-to business (B2B) sales environment.
