Job Summary:
Leader of the Finance Team for a full service Global Corporate Services account in APAC regions.Working as an extension of client\xe2\x80\x99s Finance team, responsible for the performance of all corporate real estate financial functions for the client in APAC regions, also responsible for management of CBRE account P&Ls in APAC for the account. Work with the senior members of the account management team to align with Account goals and build strong partnership with the clients.


Essential duties and responsibilities

• Manage all client deliverables in APAC region in line with the contractual agreement, ensuring consistency of approach and quality of output cross the regions and align with Global practice.
• Manage client relationships, especially with the client\xe2\x80\x99s finance team members, become trusted advisor.
• Ensure team has the right training & support to deliver tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure that CBRE and contracted vendors are compliant with client\xe2\x80\x99s and CBRE\xe2\x80\x99s processes and policies
• Responsible for management of account P&Ls
• Prepare Forecast and Budget as required.
• Closely monitor monthly delivery and ensure all CBRE local reporting is delivered.
• Provide monthly billing in compliance with contract in a timely manner to global team.
• Participate and coordinate with any Audit requirement
• Maintain a strong team, cultivate healthy culture, promote RISE value.
• Provide training to broad CBRE team for financial processes and compliance, enforce Fiscal discipline.

• At least Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business related field.
• Requires a minimum of 10 years related experience to include at least five years in a management role. Public accounting experience preferred.
• CA/CPA or MBA (graduate degree) preferred, but not required (depending on experience).
• Ability to build rapport and trust with external and internal clients
• Experience with communications with senior management via emails or presentations
• Sufficient experience with accounting, preferably in corporate real estate environment. MBA and CA/CPA are pluses.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Monthly variance analysis, Budgets & forecasting, Experience with analysis of large amounts of data. Exposure to and reporting of capital projects is preferred
• Requires advanced analytical skills using large number of records
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents. Ability to summarize complex concepts and present to senior level management. Ability to prepare business memos, emails and presentations within deadlines
