Job Description


For our office in Singapore we are looking for an

(Senior) Structured Finance Manager (f/m/d) | APAC

Your responsibilities:

  • Originate and advise on project finance debt transactions on a regional level across all our renewable assets
  • Key focus areas are solar PV, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), acquired in different stages of development, from greenfield to later stage developments
  • Take ownership for all stages of complex project financings (from early term sheet negotiations until full execution) in close collaboration with the regional investment and development teams
  • Develop innovative capital solutions for our group (senior portfolio financing, funding vehicles, rating compliant corporate structures, alternative financing structures)
  • Build and maintain a strong network and working relationships with all relevant financing partners in ACE APAC\'s target markets
Your qualifications and experience:
  • Excellent academic credentials within business-centric studies
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience in Structured Finance /Debt Capital Markets/ Financial Engineering / IPPs or Infra PE preferably in renewable energy/ infrastructure investments in APAC
  • Extensive experience executing [renewable] project finance transactions (in APAC)
  • Strong product knowledge in the field of project financing, complex portfolio structures and/or private placements
  • Good understanding of financial models for complex debt solutions
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (including modelling skills) and Power Point
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and cross-cultural interpersonal skills including the ability to build trust and relate well with a wide range of internal and external parties
  • Ability to analyse and solve non-routine problems in a timely and insightful manner
  • Efficient communication with good project and stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate and work well with different department and levels in an international environmentHighest standards of professional ethics, integrity, and judgment with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters and clean record in conduct, ethics, and compliance
  • English fluency required (verbal and written). Other APAC and/or German language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region, including North and South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand
