Global Internship Program: Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2023 Global Internship Program as a APAC Global Project Delivery Intern! As a Labcorp intern, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful assignments that compliment an education in STEM+ Business and Healthcare disciplines, and are inspiring and valuable in our mission to improve health and improve lives across the globe. About the Team: The APAC Global Project Delivery department provides project management services to leading Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers. #1 Internship Assignment Summary:

• Support our team in honing in financial management acumen.
• Assign to a Clinical Trial project to shadow a Senior Project Manager and perform specific project tasks.
• Assign to a special project to analyze targeted studies to develop possible solutions and strategies to eliminate financial waste in projects.
• Participate in Financial Review Meetings.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management, or Financial economics or Education/Training
• Confidence and Ability to collaborate with various international stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
• Creative and Embraces a think out of the box mentality in solutioning
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Adopts a proactive approach in managing the project assigned

#2 Internship Assignment Summary:

• Assign to a Clinical Trial project to shadow a Senior Project Manager and perform specific project tasks.
• Assign to a special project: Process to select Clinical Trial Sites (site identification to site selection)
  • Conducting individual or panel interviews within project management team to understand the challenges and concern from Project Management community for their studies
  • Develop/ Propose any possible process improvements, solutions and strategies to minimize site ID delays in projects.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose case studies. Purpose: a library of case studies for project teams to use as lessons learnt purposes.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Drug Development, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Clinical Research
• Confidence and Ability to collaborate with various international stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Adopts a proactive approach in managing the project assigned
