About the Team: The APAC Global Project Delivery department provides project management services to leading Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers. #1 Internship Assignment Summary:

• Support our team in honing in financial management acumen.

• Assign to a Clinical Trial project to shadow a Senior Project Manager and perform specific project tasks.

• Assign to a special project:

  Analyze targeted studies with financial write off (approximately 30 to 50) root cause analysis, possible actions to turn study back to positive/neutral cash flow.

  The project will consist of researching on the knowledge and skills gaps via individual or group interviews.

  Investigate gaps on existing training materials.

  Develop possible solutions and strategies to eliminate financial waste in projects.

• Participating in Financial Review Meetings.

  • Sit in Tier 3, Tier 2 review meeting (for financial discussion)

  • Attach to Financial Analyst team for any project financial review with project team
