There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic Regional Rewards Leader to join the company to support its continued strategic growth and transformation agenda.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting leadership role reporting to head office with rewards teams based across Asia Pacific. You will lead the group\'s APAC Total Rewards strategy and function encompassing compensation and benefits design, analysis, advisory and administration for an interesting myriad of businesses in across industrial and trading sectors. You will identify, develop and implement strategic compensation programs which are market relevant to support the company\'s growth agenda as well as a communications strategy for compensation, benefits and performance philosophy.
Requirements
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Regional Rewards / Compensation & Benefits gained in major global corporations, working with senior stakeholders of diverse nationalities. You have exposure to diversified industries in the industrial, manufacturing and trading in organisations of scale, complexity with significant footprint across Asia Pacific. You are familiar in managing rewards for both highly skilled professional white collar staff as well as with the blue collar workforce. You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
