Develop a comprehensive and transverse view of the Asian-Pacific railway market (the Clients, Alstom, competitors, suppliers, regulation…) in order to support the preparation of the Region’s vision and roadmap
Support the definition, communication and deployment of Alstom Asia-Pacific (APAC) strategy and vision internally and externally (e.g. events, customers’ meeting…)
Support the forecast management of the region (Commercial & Marketing Carousels / Business Reviews…)
Key accountabilities:
Market Intelligence:
Collect, structure and analyze reliable & relevant information on Customers, Competitors, Market regulations / policies...
Ensure Alstom’s CRM Tool (future and past markets) is up to date with clean and consistent data
Share key news & analysis within and outside APAC (right channels tbd)
Strategy:
Support in defining, communicating & implementing the Region’s strategy
Monitor Alstom's market share & competitiveness in the Region
Support in the preparation of APAC key presentations (BRs, Country Strategic Plans, AiM and other ad-hoc presentations)
Perform ad-hoc Strategic Market studies as needed
Marketing & Commercial Processes:
Coordinate Marketing Carousel exercise at Region level: identify Customer requirement and align Product offering accordingly with the Product Lines
Coordinate Commercial Carousel exercise at Region level: identify future opportunities and align all stakeholders on commercial objectives for the three-years plan
