Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ .The Director, Program Management and Regional Office, is a core member of the Innovative Medicine APAC Health Care Compliance (HCC) Regional Leadership team and the Innovative Medicine Global HCC Program Management, reporting directly to the APAC Regional Sector Lead. The Director will be responsible for strategic oversight, driving operational excellence, and enhancements of a compliance framework and program across the Innovative Medicine HCC organization for APAC. The Director is accountable for driving collaboration, consistency and simplification across the organization through active engagement and collaboration with the HCC Officers, HCC global functions and other Program Directors. Responsibilities include creating strategy and leveraging solutions and alignment across the enterprise as appropriate to create efficiency and minimize risk. The Director is also responsible for managing and overseeing the HCC program at the Innovative Medicine APAC Regional Office to ensure that the compliance program at the Regional Office meets the standards and requirements of J&J policies & procedures.The preferred location of this role is Singapore.PROFILE:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive operational excellence through comprehensive risk assessment, risk management and reporting
  • Manage Quarterly Risk Review process ensuring that all inputs and outputs are done timely and with high-quality; coordinate Risk Assessment process for the region; identify and drive process improvements across the team
  • Provide insights and perspectives to shape and execute on key compliance program initiatives such as TDA projects, dashboard projects, TPI management and oversight; review and analyze relevant data, provide input into monitoring plans, MAP/mitigation plans, risk assessment inputs and outputs
  • Collaborate with country HCC O fficers and teams in Innovative Medicine APAC to scope, design, initiate and implement program management projects.
  • Leads and executes regional projects for the Operating Companies ("OpCo"). Assists the Regional Sector Lead with the development of an effective project portfolio management structure, promoting necessary changes, process harmonization and leveraging experiences and approaches to/from other regions.
  • In partnership with the HCC Program Management at the global level, co-ordinates with functional partners to capture OpCo user requirements, identifies gaps, defines required change actions and communicates findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including HCC local teams and Regional Sector Leads.
  • Shares best practice within HCC to develop and implement consistent controls across the region, where necessary.
  • Supports the development of harmonized standard processes applicable for all countries in APAC, where necessary.
  • Represents APAC program management on project teams to harmonize, standardize and streamline HCC processes and systems.
  • Seeks opportunities for new solutions through innovative approaches, identified through internal and external network.
  • Acts as the HCC Officer of Innovative Medicine APAC Regional Office to ensure that the "10 Hallmarks" of the effective compliance program are in place; identify opportunity to leverage the Regional COEs and deploy standardized regional framework of governance, controls and processes to address common issues/themes across the region where applicable
  • Other responsibilities & tasks as assigned by Regional Sector Lead.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries; Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience preferred.
  • Health Care Compliance experience as an advantage.
  • Experience leading in a multi-national environment.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and process mapping preferred.
  • Green Belt certification and Project Management Skills is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the FCPA and related anti-corruption regulations.
