Job Description

We're looking for developers to build APIs and deploy to API Gateway for various business systems.In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of the tasks assigned and deliver with quality
• Analyze user requirement and translate such requirements into design documents
• Document key design decisions
• Write clean, reusable, testable and efficient codes using various languages to build the API Gateway components
• Use CI/CD tools to automate the test and deployment process
• Resolve complex technical issues in timely manner in order to support BAU
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal requestors
• Help with other ad-hoc work as the need arise within the organization

What we need from you:

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a renowned institute
• Preferably 2 years' experience working in a software development team (school project counts)
• Proud of solving real-world issues and making people's life better
• Good programming skills in the following languages: Python, Java, Javascript, Shell Scripting
• Hands on programming experience with Spring framework, Hibernate, RESTful API, Docker
• Prior experience in SOAP/XML, RESTful API and/or microservice development preferred
• Experience in database design and development in SQL queries and stored procedure
• Unix and/or Linux experience is an advantage
• Keen interest in Financial Products, Open-Source stack, Agile and Continuous Delivery
• Prior experience with KONG or Lua is a big plus
• Hands on experience in CI/CD pipeline by using GIT, Jenkins, JIRA
• Strong problem-solving skills using good judgement
• Keen interest to research and learn new technologies
• Able to learn fast and adapt quickly

Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per monthBenefits:
