We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apigee Developer to join our team. As an Apigee Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our API management platform using Apigee. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our APIs are secure, scalable, and performant, providing a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities: * API Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement APIs using Apigee Edge, ensuring best practices in API design, security, and performance.

• Integration: Collaborate with other development teams to integrate APIs into various applications and systems.
• Security: Implement security measures and authentication protocols to protect APIs from unauthorized access and attacks.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize API performance for scalability and reliability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs, including usage guidelines and API endpoints.
• Testing: Perform unit testing and integration testing of APIs to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Version Management: Manage API versions and ensure backward compatibility when necessary.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration of APIs into applications.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest Apigee features, industry best practices, and emerging trends in API development.

Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as an Apigee developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of API management concepts.
• Proficiency in Apigee Edge, including API proxy configuration, security policies, and analytics.
• Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of API security standards and best practices (OAuth, JWT, API keys, etc.).
• Familiarity with API documentation tools and practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills: * Apigee certification (e.g., Apigee Certified API Engineer).

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
