AppleCare Equipment Operations team is looking for an innovative and technically-skilled individual who will be responsible for asset management, including inventory management of Apple hardware and fulfilling onsite equipment requests. This individual will be responsible for receiving in equipment, conducting monthly inventories and restocking storage shelves, and providing onsite equipment support to all AppleCare employees and labs. Other responsibilities include ensuring the asset management database is updated and all equipment is properly assigned to employees and locations. The ideal candidate will possess solid work ethic, strong analytical skills, validated technical skills with both Mac OS X and Mac hardware, a great ability to lead a variety of simultaneous job duties as well as excellent communications and Excel skills. Independence and out of the box thinking will be a key factor that will ensure your success in this position. This position will be based at the Apple corporate campus at Ang Mo Kio.

  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly. This position also requires the ability to push or pull loaded carts and pallets of goods occasionally.
Description Description

In this role, you will be responsible for onsite equipment support to AppleCare employees, labs and training rooms. This includes fulfilling initial equipment requests, incidents or replacements, and equipment returns. You will establish processes and procedures for the site, ensuring they are in line with the other sites supported by AppleCare Equipment Operations. You will work with the mailroom to receive AppleCare hardware shipments, breaking down the equipment and receiving into site storage locations. You will be the face of AppleCare Operations and work with team members to provide consistent service. You will be responsible for monthly inventories and ensuring accountability of all equipment, physically and in the asset management system. You will lead change and implement new ideas effectively within Apple. As part of Worldwide AppleCare Operations, the efforts of this position are crucial to the achievement of our customer service levels, security goals, and financial objectives.

- Bachelors degree preferred and 2+ years of experience in related field
