Application Deployment Specialist

As an Application Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing applications deployment/implementation under the guidance of Motion Services Application Deployment Lead for the area of service sales, customer support, service delivery, and related areas. Reporting to Deployment Lead, you will be driving business adoption of applications and ensure the value creation in LSUs. Gathering feedback and business requirement along deployment phase. This position can be based in any of the following locations \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore, Malaysia and United Arab Emirates.

Your responsibilities

• Managing implementation of new applications and business processes with local business units
• Communicating with both global and local stakeholders on implementation status, milestones, risks and mitigation plan
• Coordinating trainings / system demos as required and help local business users to understand the corresponding process and features
• Performing activities to support local adoption including system configuration and integration to enable end-to-end business process and corresponding use cases
• Coordinating and participating in testing activities as defined by the release schedules (both systems regression and new functionalities testing) to ensure business continuity when changes are released
• Providing support and answer questions from key users. Following up on reported issues during hyper care phase and escalate high priority issues when needed
• Ensuring local units are trained on the support process and raise tickets in proper channel during operational phase
• Regularly following up with local units to ensure constant adoption of new application and coordinate support when needed

Your background

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent
• Ideally over 3 years of experience within similar capacity
• Project management and change management experience, preferably with IT and business process management related projects
• Knowledge of IS applications and applications integration
• Strong results orientation
• Fluent spoken and written in English, further languages are beneficial
