Print applications and issue Batch Header + Encryption of Excel to Branch/COPC as per Submissions SLA. Requesting for status update from COC/Branch for Accounts Pending T+4 Replying to enquiries from emails received (Alternate Channel Sales and branches) Opening of envelopes batched back by sales teams from branches and mailed in by customers via BRE Retail Channel Partnership ensure prompt giving out of vouchers to the entitled customer (check XRM and send SMS via Hellotech) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements Minimum GCE N' or O' Level No experience is needed, as training will be provided.
