Our client is a key global market leader in the healthcare industry with many of their products being used in labs/clinics/hospitals.We are looking for a talent with strong knowledge in the coagulation process or have studied this topic extensively in their course of studies.Applicants should ideally possess a medical technologist background in hematology or worked in hospital labs using coagulation equipment.JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in developing and co-managing hemostasis strategies for the business in Asia Pacific.
• Support the Sales and Marketing team in achieving annual sales/marketing targets for the hemostasis business unit.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to current and potential users of business's products in the region.
• Collaborate closely with local and corporate teams, as well as distributor representatives, to expand business opportunities.
• Engage with customers in healthcare and research facilities to enhance relationships and meet their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather product information promptly to enhance product knowledge for clear communication with distributors/customers.
• Suggest continuing education programs to stay updated on technical knowledge.
• Conduct application and theoretical training for distributor representatives in the region.
• Provide end-user training as needed and develop training materials to strengthen distributor product knowledge.
• Handle product-related complaints and provide troubleshooting assistance.
• Maintain regular communication with subsidiaries and distributors.
• Prepare and submit a monthly activity report to the Supervisor, detailing past month's activities, resolved and pending issues, and action plan for the next 2 months.
• Submit trip reports to supervisor and country area manager after each business trip, including activities, recommended actions, responsible parties, and important information for management. Ensure recommended actions are implemented and followed up.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent
• 5 years in Medical Technology practice
• PC literate (Excel, Words, Power Point)
• Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct, in thoughts, in words, & in actions
• Travel Requirement: able to travel between 20% - 40% per year.
• May need to work after office hours occasionally.
