What is the job about?

Working from the Singapore Innovation Hub, apply subject matter knowledge and technical insight on the selected topics and solutions. Work together with the Business Development Manager to ensure strategic partnerships and innovations within selected application area, and the technical concepts. With good hands on experience and able to take from conceptual to practical.

Your main responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager in the Singapore Hub to promote the application development. The focus is to begin with on HVAC and District cooling, secondly a digital platform on which solutions can be onboarded are in scope.
• Contribute to internal and external relationships in relation to the selected area and solutions.
• Scan and identify partnership opportunities and build a significant network within the selected areas.
• Develop application know-how and contribute in the development of training materials, explicit materials, and tools.
• Contribute to regional & global knowledge networks and knowledge sharing processes.
• Follow technology trends and ensure outside-in application input for business development, technology planning and product champ teams.
• Represent the Grundfos Innovation Hub for internal and external visits.
• Convert customer feedback into explicit areas for improving the solution.
• Align key strategy processes within the region/area.

• Based on the selected application and solutions, engage with the Business Development Manager to plan, and deploy go to markets strategies within the selected areas of work.
• Drive and participate in customer-oriented pilot projects
• Other tasks assigned by the BD Director HVAC (Heat, Ventillation, Air Con) and District Energy

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor ofr Master\'s degree of Enngineering
• Experience working with processes within regional business Development, Services or Technical developments
• Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Most likely to have 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience (include internship) before entering level besides formal education.
• Ability to executing complex or specialized projects and activities in Regional or Global Business development and services organizations.
• Possess knowledge of best practices in relevant systems within HVAC or District Cooling, preferably local regulations where applicable.
• Ability to link strategy to business development and technical solutions
• Customer and market oriented, ability understanding the customer and market conditions
