Main Responsibilities * Working within the team responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the relevant Capital Markets Products Line (Rate, FX, Treasury, Credit and Derivatives etc Main Responsibilities Working within the team responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the relevant Capital Markets Products Line (Rate, FX, Treasury, Credit and Derivatives etc). Providing 1st and 2nd line support. Users Requests management Incident Management Problem Management Providing functional and technical help around the relevant systems to users worldwide. Manage customer relations when dealing directly with both internal and external users of the systems Application Monitoring Run Quality assurance through KPI Qualifications and Profile Candidates should have 4+ years experience in support activity. Candidates having ITIL certification is a plus Candidate should have good communication skills, right attitude,self driven & excellent troubleshooting & co-ordination skill. Strong knowledge in Unix, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M. Knowledge of monitoring solution (E.g OMI, ITRS Geneos) Having a knowledge in ELK, supporting microservices, Docker etc is an added advantage. Exposure to Capital Markets business domain Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment, financial products,regulatory reporting is an advantage Good knowledge Microsoft Office Careful observance of standards and processes Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills Ability to work well under pressure Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management Self-starter and ambitious Besides having greater Support experience, the candidate is expected to lead discussions with development teams and other project stakeholders on problem root-cause analysis and resolution. Shift Timings The candidate might have to work shifts Asia - 8.30am to 6pm Paris - 230pm to 1130pm (330pm to 1230am winter time) New York - 430pm to 130am (530pm to 230 am winter time)
