Position Summary / Project Description The candidate will assist senior team members with support the maintenance and update of an existing pharmacy Automation System. This System is the first in region to integrate different high-speed automated dispensing machines and robotics, smart conveyors and even industrial robot armatures and assembling industry. Pharmacy Automation System has transformed the way prescriptions are traditionally filled in the pharmacy. Role and Responsibilities The candidate will assists senior team members with support the maintenance and update of an existing pharmacy application. \xc2\xb7 Support new enhancement go-live transition \xc2\xb7 Support monitoring of compliance to security measures \xc2\xb7 Solve routine problems that occur within applications \xc2\xb7 Liaising with vendor and users on issues log and status \xc2\xb7 Analyze application usage reports \xc2\xb7 Monitor application performance, application logs \xc2\xb7 Propose recommendations to improve application performance \xc2\xb7 Document the application\xe2\x80\x99s technical architecture, issue resolutions and procedure \xc2\xb7 Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support Requirements / Qualifications 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Industrial and System Engineer/ Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 2. At least 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in system operation support 3. Candidates should have strong analytical and able to work independently. 4. Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind. 5. Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities. 6. ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service-oriented experience / background 7. Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs The candidate is a keen learner, and able to apply structured, analytical thinking for functional and technical issues troubleshooting. The candidate is a strong team player, who communicates his/her ideas and gets along with others easily. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
