Hiring for L1 application support engineer (Mainly internet/web application) to join a well-established software company:

Salary package up to $4,000 + AWS + VB (approx. 2-3 months bonus)
12-hours shift arrangement with 3-2-2-3 working pattern (working from home during night shift) - no need standby after working hours
Dynamic & fun working environment
No experience required, on-job training is provided
Office Location: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities:

Work on 24/7 shift providing level 1 web-based application support.
Maintain a knowledge base of known defects, issues, process, techniques
Train users on applications and help them to resolve application issues
Update & manage tickets raised appropriately via company ticketing system
Conduct & support client application testing, then collect & summarize test result

Requirements:

Min diploma in Computer science or any relevant discipline
Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) activities (handling incidents, log tickets, escalation, etc)
