Scope
Attend to emails and queries from users on bug reports
Install and deployment software applications
Install software updates and patching
Debug applications
Optimization of application performance
Requirements
Diploma in IT or equivalent
Basic proficiency in .Net, JavaScript
Good initiative with interest in application troubleshooting
Fresh graduates may apply, training will be provided
