Application Support Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide application troubleshooting and support to users
- Perform software diagnosis, testing, debugging, commissioning and configurations work
- Perform user requirement analysis, system design, UAT, implementation and support
- Gather, understand and interpret business and user requirements
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Write basic batch scripting on Linux/Windows
- Ensure all SLAs are met
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience in Telecommunication industry
- Proficient at Oracle, MYSQL, SQL, TCP/IP
- Familiar with basic scripting command in Linux and Windows
- Willing to travel within Singapore
