We are working with a leading firm in Singapore and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for a Application Support Specialist.
Responsibilities
- To provide WMS Support, Track and troubleshoot WMS issues
- Maintain MHS Servers
- Data extraction from WMS for reporting needs.
- Develop procedures for all Automatic System Monitoring and troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery and Backup Systems.
- Responsible for System Management Tools, Cybersecurity Policy, IT Compliance & Hardening and IT audit supports.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE:
- Strong knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS), Automation background, Transport Management System (TMS)
- Experience in handling software application projects
