Responsibilities Maintain end to end Core Banking application enhancement, ensure quality deliverables within project scope and timeline. Coordination with various project team including application vendor, internal application technical team as well as application tester. Analyse Business / User Requirement, support project feasibility study, perform impact analysis, produce Functional Specification, system integration test plan and other SDLC deliverables. Work with application developer to produce Technical Specification, program design and program development. Identify application risk / issue and timely escalation to Project Management for resolution. Maintain continuous Core Banking application day to day operation support, perform ad-hoc troubleshooting and problem solving.Requirements Minimum 5 years of Core Banking application experience with at least 2 years in Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), covering BWCIF, Deposit or Loans module. Minimum 5 years of technical experience in IBM AS/400, DB/2, RPG, SQLRPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CL and CLLE programing. Strong communication skill, establish and maintain relationship with technical team as well as business stake holder. Experience in analysing business requirement and translate into system solution design to meet business needs. Proactive and work independently under tight project schedule. Exposure to critical Core Banking application day to day operation and problem solving within short turnaround time.
