Prior Gold and Jewellery sales experience Prior job experiences in Pawnshop will be an advantage Well-groomed and have passion in Jewellery and Pawn Brokerage trade Positive attitude, reliable, willing to learn, customer-oriented and a good team player Good interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging personality Must be able to work retail hours and weekend Able to start in short notice Provide polite and professional standard service to all customers Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, within operational guidelines Determine the different customer's requirements Answer incoming calls as per operations standard Retail sales of merchandise comprising gold, jewellery etc. Communicate effectively to customers on the policy of the sales and trade-in transactions Perform sales, trade-in and loan renewal transactions Handle cash and voucher in accordance with established policies, procedures and practices No experience required for craftman jobscope (cleaning of Jewellery).
