Ar & Property Tax Manager

Job Description
$6500+AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD

Responsibilities
- Manage collection target set and follow-up on late payments
- Work closely with AM business units and tenants on resolutions towards the debt settlement
- Follow-up on payment demands and liaise with external solicitors for any debt recovery actions..
- Analyse and provide periodic insights to the management on collections and arrears trends.
- Prepare reconciliation and weekly or monthly debtors’ reports.
- Manage Property Tax matters including yearly Valuation List review
- Property Tax recovery tables review
- For residential sector, oversee AV-Property Tax & AV-GST and engage with Group Accounts team to provide payment and receipting info
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in debt collection, arrears management and property tax
- Familiar with litigation process for debt collections as well as process reviews and improvements
- Proficient in SAP, LMS
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
