- A great career enhancement opportunity to join a well-established Listed MNC Company in real estate industry. We are looking for an accounting professional with prior experience in managing arrears portfolios.
- Monitoring the late payments, collection target set and follow up with payment demands
- Liaise with external solicitors for any debt recovery actions
- Involve in periodic reporting on bad debts recovered
- Managing Bank Guarantee expiring timeline
- Analyse arrears trends on collections payments to provide periodic insights to the management
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or with relevant professional qualifications
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience with proven track record in debt collection and arrears management
- Strong in analytical and presentation skills with the ability to interpret data with solutions
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment and meet the deadline to be given
