Role summary:

• Project Management: Scheduling and monitoring of Artist timelines, recording process and artist engagements
• Budget tracking and management of procurement, PO, and invoicing processes
• Being a point of contact for all artist related engagements and activities
• Coordinate media interviews, photoshoots, liners recording, brand-engagement-related activities
• Overseeing artists\' schedules
• Housekeeping and filing of all assets
• Update weekly tracker of artist activities and release schedules
• Liaising, "brainstorming" and meeting with internal teams to discuss A&R\'s strategies;
• Work with marketing and artist management team to oversee the recording process of Sony Music Singapore artists
• Demonstrate a good ear for the music that will help the artist/s success and be able to identify the singles that will be hits and provide creative feedback

What you\'ll do Work with artists, artist management and marketing teams to deliver creative projects on time and within budget. Be a key point of contact for Sony Music Entertainment\'s Artists, brand clients and collaborators
Be a and meeting with internal teams to discuss Artist and A&R strategies \\
Act as a liaison between senior members of the team and a wide array of internal and external contacts including senior management, outside industry contacts, artists, artist managers, vendors, internal departments, etc General administrative duties in support of the Sony Music Singapore team\xe2\x80\x93 facilitating meetings, maintaining calendar, arranging conference calls, maintaining contact lists, etc, Preparing business and artist expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, booking travel and creating and confirming travel itineraries
Maintaining A&R workflow \xe2\x80\x93 tracks versions, files, archives, and other assets for the department
Issuing purchase orders to vendors, obtain necessary approvals for invoices and costs, and process invoices
Facilitate the delivery of assets (masters, credits, lyrics, agreements, etc.) in timely and accurate manner
Coordinate artist recording sessions which includes but is not limited to booking recording studios, engineers and artist travel Supporting Artists\' on-site at performances, brand engagements and other activities
Monitor Artists\' schedules across all activies

• The ideal candidate has a passion for current music and supporting local talent with keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the music industry, with strong understanding of recording, production, creative, business affairs, copyrights, music publishing, and general knowledge of key industry players
• Must be high on Emotional Quotient (EQ) in order to support the artist/music through the lifecycle with excellent Interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 relationship building with artists/producers/music managers/brand clients, etc.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and streaming landscape.
• Must be able to work independently but be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage time and priorities, set and achieve goals and juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously is required
• This individual must be extremely organized; must demonstrate the qualities of being a team player; and must be able to create and maintain very strong relationships with co-workers, artists, managers, attorneys, etc
• The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are also required
• Must be available to work overtime and to attend occasional evening showcases as required
• Any other task assigned by the Company
