Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual tree assessments and plan appropriate treatments, including fertilization and pest control.
• Liaise with arboriculture and landscaping contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of assigned works.
• Lead periodic briefings for landscape crews to communicate tasks, safety measures, and project goals.
• Implement plant changes and enhancements in line with approved landscape improvement plans.
• Develop planting designs, prepare planting plans, and create bill of quantities for improvement projects.
• Conduct daily inspections of ongoing landscaping and improvement works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Plan and manage budgets, prepare tender documents, evaluate submissions, and participate in vendor selection.
• Ensure all landscape activities comply with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.

Requirements:

• A recognized Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of solid technical experience in horticulture, with strong hands-on expertise in landscape and plant care.
