Job Description

We are working with a leading hospitality and real estate client seeking a hands-on IT Infra Lead to support the setup and deployment of IT infrastructure for new hotel openings, retail outlets, and property developments across Singapore and the region.
This role is ideal for someone who's technically strong, enjoys working on-site, and can manage end-to-end infrastructure implementation-from planning and design to deployment and operational readiness. You will work across business units including hospitality, real estate, retail, and leasing, partnering closely with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery (75%) - Infrastructure Setup & Solutioning

• Work on-site to set up and configure IT infrastructure (networks, systems, and devices) for new hotels, retail outlets, and property locations.
• Translate business needs into practical infrastructure designs, aligned with enterprise standards.
• Deploy and configure systems such as Wi-Fi, CCTV, Door Lock Systems, HSIA, IPTV, PABX, IoT, and networking gear.
• Prepare technical documentation and proposals for infrastructure setups.
• Assist with site surveys, cabling requirements, equipment layout, and connectivity testing.
• Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and vendors to meet project timelines.
• Support integration between infrastructure systems and core business applications (e.g., PMS, POS, building systems).

Operations & Governance (25%) - Maintenance & Support

• Provide post-deployment support and assist with resolving infrastructure-related issues.
• Participate in infrastructure health checks, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Support IT operations including identity management, email, backup, cloud services, and endpoint security.
• Assist in procurement and vendor management - reviewing quotations, recommending hardware/software, and ensuring service acceptance.
• Ensure all implementations comply with internal IT policies, security standards, and governance frameworks.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure deployment, ideally in hospitality or real estate environments.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure areas: networking (wired/wireless), servers, storage, security, cloud (especially Azure), and monitoring tools.
• Familiar with systems specific to hospitality: HSIA, PABX, IPTV, CCTV, Door Lock Systems, IoT.
• Able to work independently on-site, coordinate with contractors and ensure timely delivery of IT infrastructure.
• Experience with security operations including firewalls, SIEM, vulnerability assessments, and identity/access controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site projects with varying timelines.
