THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Hospitality industry with a strong presence in the region. They are looking for a Senior/Facilities Manager to manage the site in Singapore, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
THE ROLE
The Senior/Facilities Manager is responsible for:

Lead and manage the facilities team to ensure smooth daily operations, including M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, security, and energy management.
Oversee vendor management, contracts, and service-level agreements for outsourced facilities services.
Drive sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures to optimize operational costs.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, cost forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years' experience in facility operations, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry.
Green Mark, Fire Safety and Sustainability-related certifications are advantageous
Proven track record in leading teams and managing multiple project stakeholders
