Job Description
About The Role You will be working on various local projects to collaborate in a teamwork environment to design, document and deliver excellent architecture. You will interface with external clients, consultants and stakeholders to complete project tasks independently or with the team.
- Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and models
- Assist in project execution and administration throughout the project cycle
- Work with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
- Assist to ensure that the building plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience preferred
- Experience in Public Housing projects preferred
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Conversant with local codes & regulations
- Knowledge of Autocad, Revit
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
