Architectural Engineer
Job Description
1. Base on Design and client requirement, prepare drawings and specs for construction team, supplier and subcon.
2. Coordinating with other engineering disciplines, design drafters, 3rd party reviewers and specialist sub consultants as dictated.
3. Review of documentation required by subcontracts.
4. Ensuring preparation and handover of documents & plans required. Co-ordination and management of Engineering resources to achieve the above
5. It is also required to provide Architect design advice, inputs and support detailed design projects, and to provide site engineering support and assistance as an integral member of multi-disciplinary project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architect or in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience working in engineering
- Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience
- Experience using CAD software such as Microstation, AutoCAD, or similar
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Must be self-motivated and a great team work
- Prefers candidates residing in West Region Singapore
- Workplace at Tuas Nexus Drive (pick up transport provided Boon Lay MRT)
