Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture
- Certification in BIM Modelling / BIM Management from BCA
- Min. 3 years working experience in Singapore
- Relevant experience and competency in Corenet submissions and is familiar with prevailing BIM submission standards and local authorities' submission procedures
- Hands on experience with Autocad, Auotdesk Revit Architecture
- Able to work independently
- Handle complex design and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
- Produce BIM Model deliverables for submission, tender, construction, documentation and fabrication
- Ensure compliance of Consultants' drawings with regulatory requirement.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and issued on a timely basis.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
- Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.
