Full Responsibilities:

Handling and monitoring the Architectural Drawings and Workshop Drawings to construct accordingly
Coordinate with the Client, Architectural Consultant, C&S and M&E, Sub-Contractors
Understanding the drawing discrepancy and raising RFI to solve the issue
Leading Archi Team and monitoring Archi Progress
Verifying the claiming from Archi Sub-Contractor
Attending consultant meeting and arrange the sub-contractors for Archi progress meeting
Preparing all necessary documents for RI and TOP to submit the Architect
Managing the defects for Architectural Audit and BIT
Arranging the Authorize Person Inspection such as RI, TOP, BIT, Lock-Up Handing Over and CONQUAS.
Managing the handing over processes to Client and Authorities

Requirements :

Relevant Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in architectural works from Construction/ Building/ Engineering industry
Prior experiences in HDB BTO projects with PBU/PPVA experience will be an added advantage
