With this transformation, we are moving our maintenance operations into a dynamic, data driven model supported by innovative technician tools and taking the next step in delivering maintenance services in a smarter and more sustainable manner, with better customer & technician experience.To manage this transformation, we are now looking for a passionateDeployment Managerto join our Area Service leadership team. In this exciting new role, you will plan, oversee, and lead the deployments happening in our country units and work directly in close collaboration with frontline and area stakeholders. The goal is to drive a timely deployment of service-related project such as dynamic maintenance planning or field service management (FSM) and related change across frontlines to reach a significant impact visible on KONE level.

  • The location of the role is negotiable being most preferably Singapore, Malaysia, India, Dubai.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 40-60% of working time is needed for the role.
Key responsibilities as a Deployment Manager:
  • Work closely with group teams /FL/countries at the deployment design stage.
  • Support the frontlines to establish detailed deployment roadmaps.
  • Support the execution of transformation as a change leader and by being integral part of the country deployment teams.
  • Being a bridge between the global teams and frontline needs.
  • Enable the frontlines teams to quickly realize the expected benefits in terms of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Report program status regularly to the stakeholders and leadership team.
To succeed in this role, we hope you to have:
  • Background and hands-on understanding of service operations.
  • Persistence and preferably previous track record in driving change\xe2\x80\x8b either on a frontline, area and/or global level.
  • Ability to influence people and develop long lasting collaboration with project team members and frontlines.
  • Analytical thinking style and proactive solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to discuss with local senior leadership.
  • Willingness/ability to travel ~40-60 % of working time.
