The Job

• Candidate sourcing and coordinate interview logistics
• Offer management
• Periodic operational reviews with key stakeholders and relationship building
• Conducts induction / briefing / Onsite Coaching
• Tracking & Issuance of work tools e.g. handsets
• Performance review and disciplinary matters and manage associate queries pertaining to employment
• Single contact point for promoters and retailers - provide guidance and instructions to them
• Prompt communication and information update on specific channels
• Support manpower planning and manage deployment i.e. roll call
• On-site field management, perform on-site training as required
• Ensure smooth running of roadshow/event operations and conduct site visits
• Maintain effective communication with Client and channel partners/retailers
• Facilitate instant and accurate exchange and transfer of information with clients and associates
• Reporting

• Gather and share market intelligence to support development of new services
• Drives field data collection

The Talent

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Experience in managing manpower operations an added advantage
