This is an exciting role managing and driving the business in the markets of Hong Kong/Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, based out of our APAC hub.
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver the agreed Topline and Gross Profit
- Manage brand distributors in each country
- Implement corporate strategies including brand development, segment penetration, customer acquisition, improving market share and quality of distribution
- Update forecasts on a monthly basis and CRM on a regularly
- Drive brands through marketing efforts according to the OPEX budget and strategic direction
- Develop key accounts in the different segments
- Present during the monthly business reviews to HQ
- Travel is required/at least 30%
The role reports to the Regional Director APAC. APAC is one of the key regions for the Group and an area of investment. The Coffee industry is vibrant and is growing at a fast pace in all markets.
We need a professional who has experience in the F&B, foodservice, hospitality, coffee, brand industry who is Energetic, a Go Getter, Confident, Articulate, Persuasive, Detailed oriented and who can Lead others. You must be a Team Player.
Firsthand experience in any or all of the markets is essential. Cross Cultural sensitivity and a High EQ is important.
