Location: Singapore Objectives of the role, tasks and expectations:

  • Develop and drive execution of Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud Applications marketing plans for the ASEAN market based on near and long term objectives, evolving business needs and priorities, changing market landscape and competitive intelligence.
  • The person in this role will join a team of innovative and agile marketing leaders that interface the Oracle Applications Cloud business. Focusing on Demand Management, you take the lead in developing an integrated and dynamic marketing strategy to support driving pipeline coverage and revenue for the ERP & HCM Cloud business.
  • You will coordinate marketing inputs for pillar objectives, gather business and market intelligence, synthesise customer insights to deliver an integrated marketing plan with clear investment prioritisation. You use ongoing feedback from business and technology stakeholders and shifting competitive landscape, to continue to refine and change execution plans.
  • You provide guidance on segmentation, market positioning of Oracle’s messaging, value propositions and differentiation into the marketing programs in order to effectively meet the needs of the customer audiences and market segment, You are skilled in cross-functional teams working closely with the ERP and HCM Marketing Directors to help formulate the pillar marketing strategy and execution plans to improve overall marketing performance.
  • You are focused on Marketing Program Development and Execution Excellence focused on targeting Finance and HR personas, you deploy the full marketing mix to optimise reach and ROI from marketing investments.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business management.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in field marketing execution, integrated campaign management, business user marketing.
  • Knowledge of ASEAN SaaS market and competitive landscape preferred.
  • Ability to translate business needs into successful marketing plans.
  • Prior experience with a major MNC working across multiple functions and country stakeholders.
  • Strong intercultural and communication skills. Results driven with superior collaboration skills in matrix organisation.
  • 360 degree marketing skills covering digital, social, media, events, tele, advertising, product launches and sponsorships.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements Plan, execute, and measure demand generation marketing programs that result in growth of sales pipeline and revenue for field sales organisation.

Develop and implement field marketing activities within own business area to ensure achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market leadership. Contribute to the line-of-business and marketing strategy. Be an active member of the ASEAN Applications Marketing team to ensure consistency of strategic marketing programs.
Act as a liaison with sales management to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the line-of-business. Manage relationships with major suppliers, agencies, customers to achieve marketing objectives.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
