Job Responsibilities
To conduct audit & ensure that staff/supervisor adhere to company's SOP
To maintain good relationship with the stall tenant
To review and feedback on servicing carried out by vendors
To conduct weekly check on cleanliness of the coffee shop
To manage coffee shops in a designated region
To conduct exit interview
Requirements
Min 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry
A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and highly-motivated
High degree of commitment and a good team player
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Have initiative, independent and well-organised
Strong decision-making skills
