Job Description
Location: Mostly at Central, have 1 to 2 outlet at West and East.
Working Timing: 5 Days work week, 44 hours; weekday and weekend off
- Review and analyse sales and product store performance and identify possible opportunities on controllable components.
- Set and drive the highest operational standards in the stores in line with company standards both back and front of house - and to support the Management teams in order to achieve these standards
- Know the visual merchandising standards and guidelines and ensure they are maintained at store level and work within the company guidelines to ensure the Visual Merchandising is brand appropriate, maximizes sales opportunities and exceeds company standards.
- Actively coach and develop store team members to drive team performance and build successes, fostering high levels of accountability and autonomy.
- Ensures all administrative procedures like the commission payout, time attendance checks, raising of claims, store maintenance and etc are executed accurately and on time.
