Job Description
- Prioritize experience and skill than salary expectation(little bit negotiable salary)
- Need experience of FMCG industry, especially experience of sales to Retail and supervising staff no need to come office, WORK FROM HOME.
- Start from 1 year project contract base but can be permanent status soon.
- Provides incentives depending on the performance.
- Must have her own vehicle(motorcycle/car) and laptop/pc
1. Visit site of sales. sales of General trading occupy 90% of total sales now, so this person is required to go to small stores sometimes.
2. Instruct distributors and visit sites with distributor and instruct them how to do and improve their sales.
3. Discuss with the owner of the stores on how they should place the products.
4. Making sales report and report to Japanese Manager in Japan.
5. Making sales plan.Job Type: Fixed termSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
