PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

• Improve PA forecast accuracy to ensure supply is allocated to the right affiliates and SKU\'s.
• Manage the S&OP process at area level and summarize the monthly situation including demand forecast, supply and inventory situation.
• Streamline the S&OP process at affiliate / area level and enhance standardization across PA.
• Summarize and communicate business challenges situations in a clear/concise manner explaining thought processes and analysis to Senior Management at area and division level.
• Work with affiliate demand managers to facilitate/challenge business assumptions to improve forecasting accuracy and business performance delivery.
• Work with division to clearly communicate on business performance and to ensure regional needs are understood and supported.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate, manage and support the S&OP Process at Area & with the affiliates.
• Work closely with affiliate to understand the change of rolling forecast and supply issues and to it articulate concisely in APAC S&OP meeting.
• Facilitate/ challenge countries\xe2\x80\x99 business assumptions validation to improve affiliates\xe2\x80\x99 forecasting accuracy and business performance delivery.
• Recommend and implement improvement opportunities to the existing S&OP process (including forecasting model) at area and affiliate level.
• Optimize and standardize the forecasting model of affiliates from Offtake sales to To-market sales and triangulate with inventory level in the channel.
• Collate all other requirements for the Area S&OP - Commercial Excellence, Inventory, Market share, Finance, Commercial & Special Projects etc.
• Be the link between Supply Chain and Affiliates to resolve any major issues.
• Work closely with senior leaders in division to ensure the needs of PA region are well understood and appropriate support is being provided.
• Run projects to drive improvements and simplification / automation.
• Coach and Develop demand management staff in the region.
• New Product - Coordinate, manage and support the New Products process and Tool at Area & with affiliates.
• Advise senior management in risk and opportunities across PA and support functions/affiliates to look for mitigation activities.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree of Financial/Accounting/Business Administrations or relevant degrees.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience in finance/demand management at a senior level with evident success.
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Able to interact with Senior levels of organization.
• Proficient in English communication, written and oral.
