Will manage franchise store branches
I. PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:Overseeing the management and effective operations of food and beverage outlets and services, including financial performance, cost control, inventory management, personnel management, and sales. Assist and implement in managing, developing, and growing our Franchise/Business Partners and to help in contributing towards the brand becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and consumers.II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzes recommend and execute improvement plans at the area level. Oversees the implementation of Marketing (Brand campaigns and Promotions) & channels initiatives at the area level. Monitors new product sales and provides support to the area for a successful roll- out. Conducts competitors' studies, analyzes the information and provides recommendations to support sales growth and market share dominance of existing stores. Facilitates the monthly review and analysis of the business performance of stores (Co-own and Franchisee) with the Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and maximize sales. Monitors implementation of action plans as discussed and agreed in the Franchise Store Operations Review. Prepares business cases on renovation and new equipment acquisition/equipment replacement, franchisee organization capability initiatives, etc., in collaboration with Operations Manager and presents these to Business Operations Manager/Franchisee for appropriate actions. Ensures compliance to all standards and provisions of the franchise agreement and other guidelines/SOPs. Communicates and implements changes in standards, policies, and Franchise Agreements with franchisees and monitors resolution on the issue within the franchise agreement. Manage restaurant P&L to optimize manageable profit, control COGS, Labor, and controllable. Perform duties and responsibilities as required by the Operations Manager that are reasonably within the person's capabilities and aims to achieve the company's objectives and goals.III. KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: Operations Manager Supervises: Store Managers/Supervisors/Team Leaders Coordinates with: Finance Division and Support GroupIV. QUALIFICATION GUIDES Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any field related, from a well-known college or university. Experience Extensive experience three years plus in numerous Food and Beverage operations, which demonstrate previous multi-unit management experience. Others: Male or Female Excellent Computer Skills Excellent in both written & oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style Budget development and oversight experience. A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards in a diverse workplace Open to direction and Collaborative work style, and commitment to get the job done. Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. Ability to look at situations from several points of view. Delegate responsibilities effectively. Motivation for sales, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, energy level, and meeting sales goals.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php23,000.00 per monthSchedule:
