FIRST PART OF THE MISSION
As it is a grassroots built plant, the first mission of the team, in which the holder will be a part, will be recruiting, training, building up of documentation of major policies and procedures of the department, commissioning, start-up and debugging.
TECHNICAL SCOPE
· Closely monitor raw materials and plan together with supply chain to ensure sufficient inventory (raw materials and packaging) for production
· Review materials to ensure the right quality and quantity before receiving into storage tanks
· Unload incoming raw materials and load outgoing finished goods and waste generated from the plant
· Assist in verifying and investigating inventory variance when arises
· Close coordination with supply chain on related documentation for accuracy and completeness (deliveries, consumptions and packaged quantities) including warehouse and shipping
· Unloading and loading materials from or into ISO tankers
· Unloading and loading materials using forklift
· Raw materials charging and finished goods packaging during office hours
· Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing small valves, filters, hose connection and break flanges i.e. <3”
· Raise maintenance notification request to production coordinator when need arises
MANAGEMENT
· Allocates and balances work across direct reports to ensure zero disruption to production
· Periodically reviews team target and subordinate performance
· Leads, manages, coordinates and motivates his/her team through proper communication of missions / values / objectives, hands-on support and proposes appropriate training plan
· Pays attention to social environment
HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
· Strictly adhere to rules / procedures / good practices based on Arkema Integrated Management System
· Detects and address potential risks in HSEQ field
· Maintain good knowledge of HSE procedures and follow all safe work procedures at all times
· Maintain good knowledge of Chemicals Safety Data Sheet
· Attends Operations Daily Tool Box Meetings
· Comply with hazardous materials handling process and storage procedures
· Ensure appropriate PPE are strictly followed according to PPE Matrix during loading / unloading activities
· Report all incidents, near misses and deviation promptly to Head of Operation
Requirements
Education: Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering Discipline, preferably with experience in a Chemical Industry
Knowledge:
· Knowledge of chemicals
· Basic knowledge of pumps, process line-setting
· Microsoft Office
Skills:

· Forklift license is a must
