Our client is a crypto and gaming development startup company based in SEA with many of their team collaborating remotely globally. With healthy funding, they aim to bring together the best parts of their current Web2 solutions and integrate innovations in Web3 to create an entirely unique and immersive product



Responsible for supervising and growing the current team of artists, animators, and designers from the planning stages to the final collection release.

Take the ultimate responsibility for the aesthetics of the finished collection

Defining the artistic vision in line with the creative director\'s vision and maintaining aesthetic standards.

Responsible for reviewing all art assets for quality and consistency

Effectively communicate the artistic design and vision of the project both internally and externally, and help to develop and maintain the art production pipeline and milestones for the art team.

Skills & Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in the art industry, with a minimum of 3 years as a Lead Artist, Art Director, or in a similar role.

Experience in a leadership position and be able to guide and mentor your colleagues from an artistic perspective.

Skilled artists who have a deep understanding of all aspects of art, need to be involved in at least 3 major projects or similar disciplinary.

Detail-oriented, highly creative, and have strong problem-solving skills and a"Can-Do-Attitude".Self-contained way of working and high level of self-motivation
